In December 22, the senior professional managers’ communication meeting was organized by the Chinese Cuisine Association which was held smoothly in our Company Yiyan shop. As a communication channel between catering enterprises and government departments, the Chinese Cuisine Association invited the chairman of the major catering enterprises in Beijing to communicate with each other and recorded the representative opinions and suggestions so as to reflect them to the relevant government departments in a more targeted manner.
The attendees were all heavyweights of the catering industry. Mr. Bian Jiang, the deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Cuisine Association, and the bosses and chief executives of the catering enterprises from Dadong Roast Duck, Meizhou Dongpo, South Beauty, Xiang Er sentiment, and Hehegu were all present in this meeting. The manager Mr.Yi and the industry leader had exchanged the views towards the development prospects of the industry. At the meeting, the catering sector elite had made a statement, put forward their views on the relevant government departments and recommendations, and shared their own business management philosophy, exchanged catering industry information.
